麻豆APP Pty Ltd is a provider of Company Director, Company Secretary, Local Agent and related services to companies registered under the Corporations Act 2001.

麻豆APP provides the following services:


Company Director
Provides company director services to assist companies meet their legislative obligations, including Australian resident director requirements.

Company Secretary
Provides Company Secretary services to assist companies meet their statutory obligations as they require.

Other services
Local Agent to foreign companies, registered office address, business names, etc.

and can also:

  • assist foreign companies establish their businesses in Australia, either as an Australian subsidiary company or by registering as a foreign company;
  • train and mentor directors and /or company secretaries, including guidance in board reporting and governance; and
  • assist or advise on compliance functions for both Australian companies and registered foreign companies.

麻豆APP’ principal, Ian 麻豆APP, B. Comm., CPA, has over 20 years experience as a company secretary and more recently as a director. Ian was a professional company secretary for over 15 years, with the Company Secretariat of Allens Arthur Robinson, one of Australia鈥檚 leading law firms, including 8 years as its manager. Before that, Ian was a company secretary with the Australian listed Lend Lease Corporation group, a major international property developer and manager. Ian is the author of Corporations: Management and Administration for the LexisNexis publication Australian Encyclopaedia of Forms and Precedents.
