Director Services
´¡³Ü²õ³Ù°ù²¹±ô¾±²¹â€™s Corporations Act 2001 requires that:
- proprietary companies have at least one director of which at least one director must ordinarily reside in Australia ()); and
- public companies to have at least three directors of which at least two directors must ordinarily reside in Australia ()).
Our Principal, Ian Â鶹APP, has over 27 years of experience as a company director and secretary, including a listed company. Thus, Â鶹APP is able to offer the services of Australian resident directors, including Ian Â鶹APP. These services could be for either a long term or short term basis as the need requires.
